Au-Ag 6 NIST certified elements

NIST Standard Set – 6 NIST certified embedded elements. The wires are embedded sideways into a 1/2″ pin stub to provide maximum analysis area. The surface has a polish finish down to 0.5µm, and is coated with 10nm carbon. The concentrations are laser engraved in the surface to make it even easier to recognize.

NIST element-certification is included in hard copy and digital on request. This sample can be used to test quantification of EDS and WDS, either for normalised measurements or for standard-based analysis.
